Type of Construction: This boutique condominium building is located on a through lot which extends from Broadway to Mercer Street in the heart of SOHO. The building has a commercial base and two residential towers above that. The exterior features a state of the art glass and metal façade which invoke images of the historic structures of this unique neighborhood. The large windows cast volumes of light in the interiors yet the creative use of metal panels mirror the original use of the buildings in this former manufacturing area. The interiors are high end style featuring European kitchens, marble baths, high ceilings and working fireplaces. The rear balconies open on to a center courtyard adding light and air to each condominium unit. The upper two floors of each tower are occupied by penthouse units with private roof deck spaces and centrally located green house skylights.
