Type of Construction: Diversity Works, a 42 unit Apartment Building exemplifies efforts of the Not for Profit groups in the area of Housing and Development for low income families. Constructed in the Crotona Park section of the Bronx, the Building features 6- 3 bedrooms, 20- 2 bedrooms, 12 – 1 bedroom and 4 studio units. All units include oversized widows, air conditioning and cable/internet capabilities. The building features an easterly facing glass and aluminum wall system maximizing lighting at the elevator lobbies and corridors. The exterior includes a one of a kind garden, sitting area with brick paving and teak benches. Additional space includes a community, computer and class rooms.
